Ready To Compete!?
Horseback riding competitions are a unique event, combining tests of skill and style.
Show team, is designed for students and their families whether they are just learning to compete or looking to advance their competition skills.
What is Show Team?
Show team is for current students of ALL LEVELS and AGES who wish to compete with Morningside Stables
Riders develop the competition skills needed to show at all levels
Show team riders participate in group lessons focused on showing skills
Instructors guide riders through the show season based on individual competition goals
Riders showing for the first time are encourage to participate in Linthicum 4-H Hi-Riders Horse Show Series each year at Andover Equestrian Center
Riders with previous showing experience are encouraged to participate in our in-house hunter/jumper schooling show series
Riders with previous show experience that usually place well in their division(s) can try to qualify for Colonial Classic in Devon, PA and MHSA Regional Finals at BEST
We also offer an Eventing Team for riders who enjoy any of the three phases of Eventing: Dressage, Stadium Jumping, and Cross Country

For the more adventurous and advanced riders, our eventing team is super popular!
Travel to unrecognized events, cross derbies, and cross country schooling throughout Maryland
We also host combined tests (CTs) at our Columbia Horse Center location.
